Good start SaaS version of ENGAGE Modeler (Modeler Online)

BPM Modeler follows worldwide SaaS trend

Soon after the successful launch of the SaaS version of ENGAGE Modeler last June, seven new customers have signed up for the new product.

HagaZiekenhuis, the central hospital in the city of Den Haag, is one of the first users of ENGAGE Modeler Online. Marijke Hugo, process specialist of the hospital, confirms the ease of use of the SaaS service; “I my work I discuss health care processes throughout the hospital. Since laptops are rare in our hospital the SaaS modeler fits our situation quite well; Now I just log in on of the desktops in the hospital to do my work. The ease of a SaaS environment fits very well with the ease of use of ENGAGE Modeler”.

ENGAGE Modeler Online was brought to the market in June 2010, exactly one year after the lauch of the Windows version of ENGAGE Modeler. Ted Twaalfhoven, CEO of ENGAGE confirms that development of the SaaS version was a strategic choice. “We have joined the SaaS trend that unmistakenly is coming. Already we experience that the decision for using our SaaS tool is easier for customers than buying (a license for ) and installing a Windows software product.
