Add-Ins for Microsoft Office

Engage! has launched the following three new products in January 2010: an Add-In for Microsoft Word 2003/2007, an Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint 2003/2007 and an Add-In for Microsoft Visio 2003/2007.

Underneath you'll find a brief explanation of these new products:

Released: Engage! PowerPoint Add-In

This Add-In allows you to communicate your processes with colleagues much more easy and it also allows you to use your process maps in PowerPoint presentations. The Add-In opens the Engage! Modeler file so you can select your process and select which information you want to show in the process diagram.

Released: Engage! Visio Add-In

Within a lot of companies Microsoft Visio is used to visualize the processes in a process handbook. Of course we would rather see you using Engage! Modeler and/or Engage! Viewer, but we realize that we should offer our users more flexibility in sharing the processes with other tools. This is the reason that we developed a Microsoft Visio Add-In which allows you to import your processes in Engage! Modeler to Visio.

Released: Engage! Word Add-In

Engage! Modeler allows the user to export the process diagram and/or a report with the details of the process to Microsoft Word. The users who have done this know that it can take quite some time. As a replacement we've developed an Add-In for Microsoft Word which does the exact same thing as the Export to Word in Modeler, but then much faster.

Engage! Software offers these Add-In for free to their customers. You can find and download them in the customer portal on our website (Click on the green button in the lower right corner with the text "Log in>>").
