ENGAGE Training

Objective

Our product trainings comprises a set of practical training-modules that link up with the daily reality of process modeling, analysis and improvement. Using practical examples and exercises the participant learns how to use ENGAGE Modeler, Viewer and/or Tables for process modeling and improvement.After successful completion of the training, the participant will be able to work independently with our software.

Modularity

Our trainings are modular to offer you the desired flexibility for custom solutions if needed. The following modules are available:

  1. Module 1: Introduction to process thinking
  2. Module 2: Functions of ENGAGE Modeler
  3. Module 3: Process Analysis-1 with ENGAGE Modeler
  4. Module 4: Process Analysis-2 with ENGAGE Modeler
  5. Module 5: Enterprise-functionality in combination with ENGAGE Viewer
  6. Module 6: Functions of ENGAGE Tables.

When?

Every month we organize an Open Training of one day (from 9:00am – 16:30pm) to which anyone can subscribe. The standard Open Training consists of modules 1, 2 and 3 (see above). The cost of an Open Training organized by ENGAGE are EUR 500 per participant.

Customised Training

For specific training needs or an in-house training we also offer customized solutions. Advantages of a customized training are:

Customized trainings include a mixture of our standard modules, depending on your needs, and will discuss cases and exercises tailored to your organization and market.The cost of customized training is Eur 3000, - per day, for up to 8 participants.
