ENGAGE consultants offer a powerful ½ day ENGAGE version of a the brown paper session resulting in a clear process map and team consensus.

Workings

  • Initiator or process owner explains reason for mapping the process;
  • Engage! consultants explains method for mapping the process;
  • All roles that participate in the execution of the process participate; maximum around 10 in the single workshop;
  • Using ENGAGE Modeler, a beamer and a white background: Interactive mapping of the process.

Results

  • Clear process map;
  • Output in ENGAGE Modeler file, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
  • Team consensus;
  • Initial ideas for improvements / low hanging fruit.
