Workings
- Workshop 1: ½ day

ENGAGE consultants explains the method for mapping the process

All roles involved in the execution of the process participate; maximum around 10 in the single workshop

Using ENGAGE Modeler, a beamer and a white background: Interactive mapping of the process, the AS IS situation;

Complete process map and process structure, sub processes, linked processes;

Role per process activity;

Parameters like: lead time, processing time, costs, etc. per process step and for the whole process;

Descriptions, notes, documents, activity types, input, output for each process step;

Calculation of process KPI’s.

Individual interview with each participant for gathering personal insights.

Explanation of several basic concepts of process improvement;

Making an inventory of potential low hanging fruit;
